1. Order Placement
- Orders for two-wheelers can be placed in person at our showroom or via phone/WhatsApp confirmation.
- A valid government-issued ID proof is required at the time of booking.
- A minimum booking amount of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000 (depending on the vehicle) is required to confirm your order.
- All vehicle orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Bhatia Traders.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
- We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and finance options through partnered banks/NBFCs.
- For financed vehicles, all loan formalities must be completed before the delivery date.
3. Order Cancellation
- Booking cancellations must be made within 24 hours to be eligible for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, a cancellation charge of ₹500 will be applicable.
- In case of vehicle-specific orders (custom color or model not in stock), booking amount is non-refundable.
4. Delivery Policy
- Standard delivery time is between 1 to 7 working days, depending on stock and registration formalities.
- Customers will be notified as soon as the vehicle is ready for delivery.
- Vehicle delivery is subject to successful registration, insurance, and full payment.
5. Documentation Required
Please bring the following at the time of booking and delivery:
- Aadhaar Card and PAN Card (original + photocopy)
- Passport-size photographs (2)
- Any other documents as required by finance company or RTO
6. Warranty & Service
- All vehicles come with standard manufacturer warranty as provided by TVS Motor Company.
- Free services are as per TVS service schedule, available at authorized service centers only.
