1. Vehicle Return Policy
- New Two-Wheelers:
Once a two-wheeler has been registered in the customer’s name and delivered, it is not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect, as certified by an authorized TVS service engineer. - Booking Cancellations:
- If a booking is canceled before registration or delivery, a full or partial refund may be issued, subject to processing charges (if any).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
2. Spare Parts & Accessories
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase only if:
- The product is unused and in original packaging.
- The item is not damaged, and the original receipt is provided.
- Opened or used spare parts/accessories cannot be returned unless found defective.
- In case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be exchanged or refunded after inspection.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated via the original mode of payment.
- For cash payments, refunds will be processed via cheque or bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
- Customers must present valid ID and original invoice for all refund requests.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Registered and delivered vehicles
- Insurance and RTO charges
- Serviced or fitted spare parts
- Discounted or clearance items
5. Warranty Claims
TVS vehicles and genuine spare parts come with manufacturer warranties. Please refer to your warranty card or contact our service center for details.
