Bhatia Traders – TVS Showroom, Narsinghpur

These Terms & Conditions govern all vehicle bookings, purchases, servicing, and interactions with Bhatia Traders, an authorized TVS dealership located in Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh.

By booking, purchasing, or servicing a vehicle at our showroom, you agree to the following terms:

1. Vehicle Booking & Delivery
  • A minimum booking amount is required to reserve any vehicle. This amount is non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
  • Vehicle delivery is subject to availability, registration process, and payment clearance.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference and may vary due to logistics or RTO delays.
2. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices are subject to change based on updates from TVS Motor Company, RTO charges, insurance providers, or applicable taxes.
  • Final amount includes ex-showroom price, road tax, insurance, accessories (if any), and handling charges.
  • Full payment must be made before delivery. Cheque payments are accepted subject to clearance.
3. Registration & Documentation
  • Customer must provide valid documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, and passport-size photographs for RTO registration.
  • Bhatia Traders is not responsible for any delays in registration due to incomplete or incorrect documents provided by the customer.
4. Vehicle Warranty & Service
  • All TVS vehicles come with a standard manufacturer warranty as per TVS guidelines.
  • Warranty claims must be processed through authorized TVS service centers and follow TVS terms.
  • Regular servicing at approved intervals is mandatory to maintain warranty coverage.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
  • Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed terms.
  • Once a vehicle is registered in your name, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Booking cancellations before registration may be eligible for a partial refund.
6. Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers must inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery.
  • After delivery, Bhatia Traders is not responsible for any damage unless covered under warranty or insurance.
  • You are responsible for ensuring proper vehicle maintenance, insurance renewals, and compliance with traffic regulations.
7. Promotions & Offers
  • Offers and discounts are time-limited and subject to availability.
  • Bhatia Traders reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
8. Liability Disclaimer
  • Bhatia Traders is not liable for any indirect loss, damage, or delay caused due to natural calamities, government regulations, or third-party service providers.
  • We do not guarantee third-party services like RTO processing time or insurance claim approvals.
9. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from transactions with Bhatia Traders will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Narsinghpur District Court, Madhya Pradesh.
